Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Location Tracker ("App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Description of the Service

Location Tracker is a location-sharing platform that enables users to:

  • create private circles;

  • share real-time location information;

  • receive place and arrival alerts;

  • review location history;

  • send emergency notifications;

  • manage connected devices and members.

The Service is intended solely for lawful use between consenting participants.

Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable law to use the Service.

If you are under the age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate information when using the Service;

  • use the Service only for lawful purposes;

  • respect the privacy and rights of other individuals;

  • maintain the security of your device.

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for stalking, harassment, surveillance, or unauthorized tracking;

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service;

  • interfere with Service operations;

  • reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute the Service except where permitted by law.

Location Sharing and Consent

Location Tracker is based on voluntary participation.

Users may only access location information that has been intentionally shared through the Service.

Every participant is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and consents before sharing location information.

The Service is not designed for covert monitoring or secret tracking of individuals.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or other supported app marketplaces.

Subscription fees, billing periods, and available plans are displayed within the App prior to purchase.

Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the applicable billing period.

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their marketplace account settings.

Free Trials

The Service may offer free trial periods.

If a free trial converts into a paid subscription, billing will occur according to the subscription terms presented during purchase.

Users are responsible for cancelling before the trial period ends if they do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.

Account Termination

Users may stop using the Service at any time.

Users may permanently delete their account through:

Settings → Delete Account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, trademarks, branding, graphics, text, and content, remain the property of the Company or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to users through use of the Service.

Availability of Service

We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted operation.

However, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or continuous operation of location information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages;

  • incidental damages;

  • special damages;

  • consequential damages;

  • loss of profits;

  • loss of data;

  • business interruption.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Service;

  • violation of these Terms;

  • violation of applicable laws;

  • infringement of third-party rights.

Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
